Which operating systems are supported by xCAD? Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11 - in 32/64Bit
   
Which hardware is necessary?
  • CPU: minimum 2 GHz, recommended 4 x 2,8 GHz (or higher)
  • RAM: minimum 3 GB, recommended 8 GB (or more)
  • You need about 8 GB on your hard drive.
  • The graphics card should have a minimum of 1 GB graphics memory. DirectX-11 support and 4 GB e.g. nVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 (or better) is recommended.
  • The screen solution should at least be 1280 x 1024 with 32-bit color depth. A solution of 1920 x 1080 with 32-bit color depth (or higher) is recommended. Optional a second monitor.
  • The realtime renderer, xCAD-VR module and xCAD-VRoom require the 64-bit version of Windows.
  • A 3-button mouse with mouse wheel (left mouse button, right mouse button, mouse wheel and middle mouse button)
